Mr. Wang Yongsen, the president of the company, is one of the sponsors of founding the corporation, whose professional title is a senior economic manager. He also acts as the president and general manager of Shanghai/Chengdu Yuhong Petroleum & Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. He had been acting as the president of Lanzhou Petroleum & Chemical Machinery Group, and was also a Member of China Machinery Programmed Committee, Member of China Council For The Promotion of International Trade, Member of The Chinese People'S Political Consultative Conference of Gansu Province. In the year of 1999, he used to be a member of Chinese government delegation to visit Midasia Region. The spirit of creative and sincerely pursue for the career make himself to cooperate with one of his German friends Mr. Ruhl to establish a Sino-German joint venture-Yonghua Ruhl, and he would like to devote himself to the environmental protection in China. |

Michael Ruhl, the Vice Director and General Manager of Shanghai Yonghua RUHL Environment Engineering Co., Ltd., graduated from University of Kaiserslautern, Majored in Mechanical Engineering and Management Sciences. He is the second generation of German RUHL International, the founder and managing director of German RUHL Energy & Environment International, the managing director of RUHL Building Technologies. During his 13 years working in RUHL Group, he became an expert of DH engineering, aeration and heating in construction, water feeding and drainage by his industrious and studious working. Meanwhile, he is accomplished in researching of quality control system. In the early 1996, he began to develop the China market, hoping to introduce the whole service of energy saving and environmental engineering to China. In the end of 2004, Mr. Ruhl, together with Wang Yongsen, a friend reunited after a long parting, set up Shanghai Yonghua RUHL Environment Engineering Co., Ltd., which became the milestone of developing the environmental protection career in China. |
