|  Take a biogas plant in Redange, Luxemburg as an example to introduce our specialized technology of generating biogas and fertilizer. In this plant, annually digests 50,000-ton manure and straw, reacting in several half buried fermenters under mid-temperature condition. Biogas from fermentation transfers to electricity of 1200 KWh by biogas generating set, and then transmits to the electrified wire netting. Partly heat energy generated is used to heat the fermenters, and the rest supplys to a nearby swimming pool, a gymnasium and schools.
The fermentation slurry is delivered to the special fermenters to do as the fertilizer. It is strictly limited to fertilize the cropland with untreated manure. And after fermentation, the slurry is completely according with the current stipulations of environmental protection and fertilization, which has no disgusted odor.
This biogas plant belongs to a farm cooperation organization, which can bring out great economical profit. In order to reduce the volume of this fertilizer and make it easy for delivery, we mix some barley wastes or some other straw in it and form it in granular. This granular fertilizer can be packed in bags, providing to conservatories or flower nurseries. |
